We’re seeking a Payroll Clerk who excels at solving challenges and delivering accurate, timely payroll to small and medium-sized businesses. Your role will be crucial in ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, contributing directly to our clients’ satisfaction.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
- 1+ years of payroll processing experience
- Solid understanding of payroll rules and regulations
- Experience knowledge of payroll management systems – Paycor background helpful but not required – Knowledge/use of Payroll systems is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve escalated payroll inquiries with professionalism
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll processes
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate collection, processing, and auditing of payroll data
- Provide exceptional payroll support to employees and management, resolving payroll inquiries with a focus on quality service
- Process payroll for multiple pay groups on a weekly and/or bi-weekly basis
- Run payroll interfaces using Paycor
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll operations
- Collaborate with management and the payroll team to ensure smooth, efficient payroll delivery
- Handle additional tasks as needed
