We’re seeking a Business Development Manager who values consultative selling, relationship-building, and long-term partnerships. This isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about representing a service built on accuracy, reliability, and genuine client support. You’ll leverage our strong foundation while helping us expand into new industries where our services are just as essential.

What You’ll Do

  • Leverage Warm Opportunities – Build from an established base of referrals and client goodwill to generate new business.
  • Expand Into New Industries – Identify and pursue opportunities beyond healthcare—our payroll solutions are universal and scalable.
  • Own the Sales Cycle – Prospect, present, negotiate, and close. You’ll manage the full sales process from start to finish.
  • Represent Our Brand – Clearly communicate how ProPay HR simplifies payroll with accuracy, compliance, and a personalized approach.
  • Collaborate on Strategy – Partner with leadership to refine our sales approach and support continued company growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (payroll, HR, financial services, SaaS, or outsourcing preferred)
  • Proven ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
  • Experience working with small to midsize businesses across various industries
  • Self-motivated, yet collaborative in team settings
  • Located near Evanston, IL, and interested in a hybrid work environment
