ProPay HR, a fast-growing payroll services provider, is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to help us expand our client base. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and presenting personalized payroll solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. You’ll work closely with our internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction while staying updated on industry trends to keep our offerings competitive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Prospecting and reaching out to new businesses to create lasting relationships.
  • Understanding client challenges and presenting tailored payroll solutions.
  • Leading presentations and demonstrating the value of ProPay HR’s services.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client support.
  • Staying current with industry trends and sharing insights with the team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management. (Payroll or HR experience in Sales is a plus.)
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a consultative approach to solving client challenges.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and eager to take initiative.
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable, with experience using payroll or HR software being a bonus.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
