We’re seeking a Payroll Clerk who excels at solving challenges and delivering accurate, timely payroll to small and medium-sized businesses. Your role will be crucial in ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, contributing directly to our clients’ satisfaction.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 1+ years of payroll processing experience
  • Solid understanding of payroll rules and regulations
  • Experience knowledge of payroll management systems – Paycor background helpful but not required – Knowledge/use of Payroll systems is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve escalated payroll inquiries with professionalism
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in all payroll processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate collection, processing, and auditing of payroll data
  • Provide exceptional payroll support to employees and management, resolving payroll inquiries with a focus on quality service
  • Process payroll for multiple pay groups on a weekly and/or bi-weekly basis
  • Run payroll interfaces using Paycor
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance payroll operations
  • Collaborate with management and the payroll team to ensure smooth, efficient payroll delivery
  • Handle additional tasks as needed
