What You’ll Do:
As an HRIS Implementation Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of the Paycor HRIS system for new and existing clients. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the end-to-end implementation of Paycor HRIS, ensuring seamless onboarding and system setup.
  • Providing expert training and technical support to clients, addressing challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Collaborating with clients and internal teams to manage data integrity, implement system updates, and drive process improvements.
  • Conducting audits and generating reports to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Acting as a strategic advisor, guiding clients on best practices for payroll and HRIS operations.

Qualifications:
We’re looking for candidates with:

  • Proficiency in payroll software such as Paylocity, Paychex, Paycom, Workday, or ADP.
  • Experience in Implementing HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting financial data.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and payroll processes.
  • A background in payroll administration is preferred.
